Monthly Tai chi Practice

Scheduled for the 4th Saturday of each month, Liz will be guiding an open practice for anyone interested in Tai chi and for those wanting more practice.

Schedule:

10:00-10:30 Qi Kong warm-up and Tai Chi walking open to anyone interested in Tai Chi

10:30-11:00 24 Forms workshop- open to those who have previously taken Tai Chi. It is a time to work with others or independently practice the forms in the studio.

11:00-11:30 Practice the 24 forms with someone calling
