
A gentle approach to yoga that incorporates standing, seated, and reclined poses that focus on mobilizing joints and promoting ease in the body. The class is slow-paced and offers modifications to meet each student’s personal ability level. No yoga experience is necessary.

This class is an energetic flow of vinyasa and body weight exercise. Intermediate to advanced fitness level

Using the chair as a prop and source of support, this class explores variations in traditional yoga postures. Appropriate for anyone who has difficulty getting down and up from the floor or recovering from injury. Can also apply chair yoga to an office environment.

Come to stillness as you are immersed in the beautiful sounds of the singing bowl, singing bell, tuned pipes, tuning forks, and others. These instruments are chosen for their healing properties and the way in which they open the energy centers of the body. Meditation will start with a brief introduction to sound healing and its origins as well as an introduction to meditating with sound. Each quarter, the studio is joined by sound healers Marilyn and Jim Knott, who bring crystal bowls and digeridoo and collaborate with Jai in a sonic event.

Mindful Living is a monthly, drop‑in gathering that blends guided meditation with conversation about how mindfulness can support everyday life. Each session is welcoming to both new and experienced practitioners, and you can attend any month that the topic speaks to you.

Learn the the 24 movements of Tai chi chuan in two 8-week class sessions. Tai Chi I introduces the first set of movements, Tai chi II continues with the second series of movements while reviewing the first series of movements from Tai Chi I. Each 8-week class session is $80.

All-Levels Vinyasa
Enjoy this dynamic class that coordinates yoga postures with the breath in a flowing sequence of movement. Open to all levels of experience, this class is perfect for cultivating balance and strength as well as overall fitness.

Join us on the 2nd Sunday of each month for mindfulness meditation. A personal mindfulness practice can help us feel grounded in our daily life. And, our personal mindfulness practice can be enriched by meditating with others. Our Sunday sessions focus on introducing mindfulness practices (sitting meditation, and body awareness). Each week, we will spend some time practicing, using guided or silent meditations, and taking some time for discussion of mindfulness practice. No prior experience with meditation required.

This experiential class introduces the healing art of Reiki. You will learn meditation and energy balancing techniques easily integrated into any mindful practice. We explore a brief history of Reiki and its founder, Mikao Usui; and learn techniques for quieting the mind, controlling the breath, and coming to presence. This class is a foundation for all other Reiki Classes.

Reiki I introduces fundamental meditative practices associated with Reiki, the history and origins of Reiki, the guiding principles, and explores the energetic learning process, energy centers in the body, and ways we can integrate Reiki into our self-care practice. Students successfully completing the both the in-person and online requirements earn Reiki I Certification. Scholarships and enrollment discounts are offered. The 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course is intensive, and involves approximately 25 hours of class meetings, as well as daily mindfulness practice:
We meet once a week for about 2 hours
After the sixth class, we have an all-day class which meets for approximately 7 hours
And, there is daily homework that will take between 45 minutes to an hour each day
MBSR classes and daily homework focus on mindfulness exercises (meditation, gentle stretching, body awareness) and bringing greater awareness all parts of our life. Class sessions are interactive, including guided mindfulness exercises and discussions stress, how we perceive the world, how we handle challenging social situations, and more.
Each class builds on the previous sessions, and it is important for each person to attend all of the scheduled class sessions.
If you are interested in the MBSR class, but you know in advance that you will have to miss two or more of the scheduled class sessions, it would be better to wait for another opportunity to take the MBSR course in the future.

By the end of our time together, you'll have gained foundational knowledge, experienced direct crystal energy work, and received a starter guide to integrate these powerful natural healing tools into your personal wellness practice. This support group provides a safe space where individuals providing care for loved ones with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or aging issues can come together to share their experiences, challenges, and successes in a safe space, offering emotional support, practical advice, and a sense of community with others facing similar situations. This is a virtual group via zoom and is limited to 12 participants There is no charge to participate. Donations are gratefully accepted.

Child Loss Support Group
This in-person support group meets monthly on the 1st Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm. Facilitated by Jai Miranda, the group is open to anyone who has experienced the loss of a child through death, miscarriage, suicide, estrangement, or other forms of loss. Power Vinyasa is an energizing, heat-building practice that links breath with strong, flowing movement. Join Certified Grief Coach and Educator Jai Miranda as they offer a compassionate space to explore how grief and trauma live within the body—and how mindful movement can help release, integrate, and heal. Through gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided awareness, participants will learn to connect with their somatic experience of loss in nurturing ways. Suggested donation: $20.00

Each week, instructor Liz Oshel guides participants through a variety of forms drawn from the Yang, Chen, and Sun styles of Tai Chi, as well as complementary Qi Gong movements.These classes are open and flexible—join anytime and come as your schedule allows. This six-week program weaves together gentle yoga and compassionate grief support in a small-group setting, designed for people navigating loss of any kind. No yoga experience, special flexibility, or fitness level is required; each session emphasizes choice, comfort, and accessibility so participants can move, rest, or simply sit and listen as needed. This support group is led by a certified yoga instructor who is also a certified grief facilitator. Open to any adult 18 and over, donations in any amount are appreciated.
