Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful yoga practice to help you unravel deep-seated tension in the body. Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and reclined passive poses held longer to target your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. If you are looking for a practice that cultivates calm, ease, and stillness, yet promotes circulation in your muscles and tissues, consider joining Laura for this nourishing class. All levels of students are welcome. This class is not part of a series. Attend any or all using your class pass or paying our low single class fee.
