Each week, instructor Liz Oshel guides participants through a variety of forms drawn from the Yang, Chen, and Sun styles of Tai Chi, as well as complementary Qi Gong movements.These classes are open and flexible—join anytime and come as your schedule allows. Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, all are welcome. The program’s goal is to cultivate a community dedicated to practicing this martial art for both physical and mental wellness.
