
This six-week program weaves together gentle yoga and compassionate grief support in a small-group setting, designed for people navigating loss of any kind. No yoga experience, special flexibility, or fitness level is required; each session emphasizes choice, comfort, and accessibility so participants can move, rest, or simply sit and listen as needed. This support group is led by a certified yoga instructor who is also a certified grief facilitator. Open to any adult 18 and over, donations in any amount are appreciated.
