When Young People Grieve
with Jai
WED SEP 16, 12 - 1 PM EDT

Young people grieve in ways that are deeply real, but not always easily recognized by adults. This presentation offers a developmentally informed overview of how grief may appear across childhood and adolescence, including emotional, behavioral, relational, and academic changes that can accompany a significant loss.

Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how to recognize grief in young people, respond with trauma-informed care, and support resilience through attuned communication, stability, and meaningful connection.
