
Monica Nagele, RD, and Grief Educator Jai Miranda consider what it means to attend to nutrition while in the midst of grief. "A Table for One," is for those who have experienced loss and find themselves cooking for one. Loss can come from the death of a spouse, "empty nest", divorce, or other situation that finds us suddenly alone. This change can be challenging and daunting, especially if you're used to cooking for a larger family or group. Participants will leave with a range of delicious recipes and cooking tips that are perfect for one-person portions that not only nourish your body but also bring you joy and comfort. Free and open to the public.
