A practice that allows postures to be held, explored, and deepened with intention and curiosity. This class emphasizes alignment and somatic awareness as ways of cultivating a deeper understanding of each yoga posture, releasing tension, and bringing balance to the nervous system. Students are invited to move mindfully, breathe fully, and connect inward with a sense of grounded presence.
